Lo Spazio Creativo
Lo Spazio Creativo is Annamaria Sacco’s studio in Edinburgh. It is a Centre steeped in thirty-five years of practice in the field of yoga,craniosacral therapy, meditation, movement, dance and studies in the field of pre and perinatal imprints, related somatic work, process work and supervision. The Studio already has some excellent Associate Members and there is space for more collaborations with professionals in the fields above or related disciplines, whether as committed Associate Members to the Studio, or wishing to hire the space for professional trainings. The Studio is gently taking shape.
Annamaria sees Clients in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Fridays, sometimes in the main studio, sometimes in the adjecent room with craniosacral therapy, breathwork 1:1, pranayama 1:1, mentoring, supervision.
Care for Carers Mondays Yoga Class in the main studio with Alison Hughes, is now back.
The Feldenkrais Class with Alan Caig Wilson will be back in September on Wednesday mornings in the main studio.
Lisa Proudfoot from Release Therapies Coaching will be joining us in September on a Wednesday evening. She will be offering a range of massage therapies, healing treatments, talking therapies and Qi Gong classes.
Janet McInnes from Leith Yoga, will return from maternity leave in October and be available on Thursday mornings in the main studio.
Louise, the Voice Coach, has space to welcome you on some Fridays and explore your voice with the wonderful acoustics of the main studio.

Studio For Hire
Information about the studio.
- The studio has three areas: The main group classes area which measures 9.75 m x 5.33 m; we then have our office/treatment room/community room, which measures 5.33m x2.75 m.
- The main studio area has yoga blankets, matts,belts, blocks and some yoga chairs and bolsters.
- Office/community room:there are 16 chairs, 3 stools, 4 treatment couch, 3 armchairs, a desk, teas and two kettles. We then have an alcove where we store our equipment, and clothes. The alcove itself measures 2.75m x 1.86m.
- Cost: external commercial hire is £25 per hour or we have day rates. We have different rates for third sector, artists not funded, and associate members to encourage community and good projects to manifest.
